Even though I'm only in the second semester of the MFA in Creative Writing and Publication Design program, I've already started to think about the final project. I knew intuitively that I wanted to do something digital or web-based.
One idea that I have now is that I'd like to show the editing process (by showing pdfs of drafts of my work), and include audio components as well as visual. I have no idea how to do any of this at the moment, but hopefully my current level of intrigue will keep me from punking out.

Well, at least you have a PLAN.
ReplyDeleteIn reference to editing, the multimedia approach seems pragmatic. Given, of course, that a reader won't hear, mid-draft, "I'm watching you there, reading my work. Better like it."
How'd you install that nifty playlist there? I tried for about an hour but couldn't find the spot to paste the HTML.
Under the layout tab, i believe you get the option to "add a gadget." Select 3rd party html code. It'll yield a box for you to paste the code into. that should do it. If that doesn't work, I can show you in class on Monday. It's possible I'm forgetting to mention a step...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the feedback!
